I like the fact that they have provided us with a free upgrade. We were upgraded from deluxe room to Malioboro room. It was an amazing room. Furthermore the hotel itself is in an amazing location. This hotel is a new property and it is well built. It is located next to a major train station which for me as a big train enthusiast is very exciting. Breakfasts were also amazing with plenty choices of Indonesian, Western, and oriental menu. They also provided a coffee machine that provides you with a wide variety of coffee possibilities.

- There're water dispensers along the corridor with which you can fill the empty jugs provided in the room. May inconvenient some to leave their rooms but I think it's win-win since you don't have to rely on the two finite water bottles in other hotels which you have to bother Room Service to replenish and save on plastic usage - Room Service is responsive via Whatsapp - Friendly and helpful staff - Varied breakfast buffet with menu changes

Everything- i stayed in a double bed room- size of the room, color, design, amenities, bathroom, bed and of course their superb breakfast selection- a variety of jamu (traditional health drink) & tasty food from local to western to japanese! I will definitely stay here again. Must choose any room x19 - x24 and fyi, level 7 is a smoking floor.

clean, fresh, smell so good and i feel good. hotel, so near train station (walking distance cross the road). the hotel so good, most important if i check in, i will check the toilet. toilet so good. the smell of the room and have sesikit sound of music, i like it. overall so good. will stay there lagi next time.

I stay here eight nights, and it has been a truly exceptional stay. The mini jam is small, but the crypt with enough of facilities to work with the best part is the swimming pool which faces the volcano and when the day is clear, you can see the volcano from the pool on the rooftop all the staff members are truly very nice. They want you to enjoy the best stay genuinely. There was a departure gift, which is a huge loaf of milk bread and it was delicious so the whole day was great and perfect from the very beginning to the end.

1. Very good location. Facing cities train station, LRT station & airport train station. One of my family arrived at 4 am in train station just need to cross the road & arrived at the hotel :) no need taxi :) 2. The most wonderful of this hotel is awesome hospitality spirit. We have big family reunion. Some arrived very late at 10pm, the restaurant almost close down, very hungry& need diner we asked the restaurant to sit down in the restaurant & using their utensils while we order delivery food outside. They allowed us to do & still served as the best as they can. Rarely to find non commercial spirit like that. This is not the once, another time we like some famous food outside of the hotel, we asked the sport & lounge bar manager in the 9th floor , if possible for us sitting in the pool area & having ourselves food. surprisingly he not only allowed but borrow us all utensils plate, bowl, spoons etc with smiling :) its like i found a gem of genuine javanese hospitality. 3. I usually using three type of towel ( bath, hand & face towel ) as many of non 5-star hotel in Indonesia doesn't provide face & hand towel so I brought myself. Surprisingly they provides three types of towels!! beyond what other hotels do. 4. They provide water dispenser rather than bottled water, I appreciate that. 5. The room design, quality of linens & bed, the lighting are all good & clean except the too thick pillow

Great location. Across the street from the train station, but the room was quiet. Nice snack shop downstairs. Ordered dinner to our room when we arrived late. Nice restaurant. Great breakfast. Loved the pool on the roof. We could easily walk downtown and see the shops and visit more restaurants. Friendly staff!

Right next to the train station. We arrived very early in the morning therefore this was very convenient. The breakfast was really nice, a lot of Indonesian and western options to chose from. The pool seemed nice, we weren’t able to use it because of its opening hours (6 am - 6 pm). The massages were incredible, the best we had so far. Special thanks to Sefi!

I liked the location. It was right in the heart of everything. I liked my room. It was large, clean and the bed very comfortable. And quiet. I also loved the water dispensers on each floor. This allowed me to fill my thermos with cold water as much as I needed. And, it helps the environment. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, too. There were many choices, and the food and beverages were very tasty. And, this hotel has to have some of the best staff working there. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Additionally, the train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is strategically located in Malioboro area, right in front of main train station. Some reviews said that the train sound is disturbing, but we did not hear anything and can sleep like a baby. The hotel interior looks new and modern, so as the room, quite large and modern. There are lots of food stalls and shops nearby, and we can do quick strolls to Malioboro street. Breakfast selection is quite good, ranging from traditional to international cuisines.
